Corruption in Indonesia is prevalent in various sectors, including the government, private sector, and society. In the government sector, corruption often occurs in the procurement of goods and services, budget management, and bribery. Corruption in the government sector has a significant impact on the country's economic growth, as funds that should have been used for public services are misused for personal gain.


The private sector in Indonesia is also plagued by corruption, particularly in the form of bribery and other illegal practices. In many cases, businesses must pay bribes to officials to obtain necessary licenses or permits, which increases their costs and makes it more difficult for them to operate effectively.

       This is the profile of the Minister of Public Works and Housing in the Cabinet of Indonesia Maju, under President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin. He was born in Surakarta on November 5th, 1954, making him around 68 years old, and has fair skin, thin white mustache, white hair, and a height of around 160 cm.
